Great Happenings

8 December — Mrs. Woas put on a convocation in honor of Computer Science Week and taught GPS students all about ‘Hour of Code’ and the importance of learning coding languages, going into the computer sciences and the many opportunities available to those that learn about these invaluable skills that are becoming more and more important each and every year.

12 November, 2014– A fantastic Convocation was put on by Ms. Hollander and her JSA club here at GPS. Mr. Mullins and his Jazz band did a magnificent job supplying music and wonderful guest speakers, Chief Petty Officer Houser (Ret.) and Robert Jarrell taught the students about the love of country, service and history.

Here is a link to the GPS YouTube Channel with great videos of speeches given, performances and the roll call of friends and family of GPS that have served and are currently serving in the US military.
